Our goal is to help you avoid costly mistakes, find hidden problems before they reach dangerous and pricey levels, and give you the advice and resources you need to solve them. Some inspections take a little bit more time than others. We are sure to be thorough in every inspection and a home with more issues than average will require more time to properly document. We like our client's to be present for the inspection but it is not required.
